All items are lovingly packed with care to ensure they arrive safely, either in a padded envelope or box, depending on the size and quantity of your order.
Any order over $100 will require a signature upon delivery. All orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail (which includes package tracking) from my studio in Maumee, Ohio. If items are in stock, they will be shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. If items need to be created in order to fulfill the order, items will ship within 5-7 business days. We currently are not offering rush orders.
Canadian and International orders ship by USPS First Class International mail, which takes 2-3 weeks depending on destination. Unfortunately, there is no tracking for international orders and customers are responsible for any import tax. I am not responsible for any delays or fees due to customs.
